Our GSC has been given an exciting opportunity to help parents provide a quality day care or preschool experience where they otherwise couldn’t afford to. Mason was one of two counties in Michigan chosen by The Consumer’s Energy Foundation to receive a $10,500 award. Working through the Woman’s Caring Program and the Mason-Lake-Oceana Great Start Collaborative, Consumer’s Energy is supporting care/learning providers of five (5) children with up to $175/month for 12 months in 2012.
